Policies
- Require 2-step verificationUsers confirm sign-in with a one-time code.
- Strong passwordsAt least 10 characters with numbers and symbols; expire every 90 days.
- Lock account after 5 failed attemptsUnlocked by an administrator or after 30 minutes.
- Single active session per userSigning in elsewhere signs out the older session.
- Restrict access to office IPsOnly Kalamassery, Kozhikode and Thrissur networks.
- Require licensed USB device for protected featuresAccounting, payroll and export need the licence key connected.
